Yes. Planner preorders may be canceled for a full refund until the order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us through our Contact page.

No. Your preorder price of $30 is locked in. When the regular price becomes $32, your price doesn't change and you won't be charged again.

Payment is collected when the preorder is placed, reserving your planner.

You may request a shipping address change before your order enters fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee the address can be changed. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. To request a change, contact us through our Contact page.

If tracking shows your package is delayed in transit, please allow the carrier's normal delivery process to complete. If tracking indicates a package may be lost — or a package is marked delivered but you can't find it (check with household members and nearby neighbors first) — contact us and we'll investigate and work with you to resolve it.

We want you to love your TOAN planner. Planners may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, and preorders may be canceled for a full refund before fulfillment. The full policy is available on our Returns page.

If your planner arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order information, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, and we cover replacement shipping when the error is ours.
